Pumpkin Spice No-Bake Protein Bars

These taste just like pumpkin spice doughnuts!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup ground pecans
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2.5 scoops vanilla whey
  • 2T ground flax
  • 1t pumpkin spice
  • 1/2t cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, and add water until mixture forms a stick but hard dough-like consistency. Form into bars or balls. I store mine in the freezer and microwave for about 30s when I want one!
